Allow 10 - 12 days to process your order. Please take into consideration peak periods.

Standard shipping time is 10-11 business days from the date your item is shipped out, not necessarily from the date the order was made. 

If you refuse any shipments from Intreke, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
